Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029; signed March 30, 2026
Probationary period: 90 days
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Holiday, Remembrance Day (floating)
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks for 1 to 4 years of service; 3 weeks for 5 to 9 years; 4 weeks for 10+ years of service
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly wage
Bereavement leave: 2 days (plus 2 days for travelling) for immediate family (father, mother, spouse, child, brother, sister, grandparent, parent-in-law)
Safety gear: $325 per year; $350 as of Jan. 1, 2028
Sample rates of pay:
- Warehouse worker: $21.38 rising 2 steps to $22.57
- Truck driver with licence: $26.60 rising 2 steps to $28.08
- Certified boom truck operator: $31.19 rising 2 steps to $32.93
