Renewal agreement: Effective June 16, 2022 to Sept. 30, 2026. Signed on June 16, 2022.

Wage adjustments:

Effective Oct. 1, 2023: 2%

Effective Oct. 1, 2024: 2%

Effective Oct. 1, 2025: 2%

Paid holidays: 11 days.

Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 4 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 7 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 hours in any 1 shift; double time for work after 11 hours. Time and one-half for all hours worked after 40 hours in any 1 week; double time for work after 48 hours.

Medical benefits: Employer will pay 100% of premium cost of Health & Welfare Gold Plus Plan, administered by CLAC Health and Welfare Trust Fund.

LTD: Coverage of 60% of earnings, maximum $3,000 per month, per employee, payable after 119 days until 65.

AD&D: Coverage of $100,000.

Life insurance: Coverage of $100,000.

Pension: Employer will contribute to CLAC Pension Plan Board of Trustees. Upon ratification: $0.75 per hour. Effective October 1, 2023 $0.80 per hour. Effective October 1, 2024 $0.80 per hour. Effective October 1, 2025 $0.80 per hour.

Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of employee’s child, cohabiting spouse. 2 days for death of employee’s parent, brother, sister, parent-in-law. 1 day for death of employee’s grandparent.

Seniority – recall rights: 6 months after layoff.

Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay; minimum 4 hours’ pay when employee is called in to attend meeting during regularly scheduled day off.

Probationary period: 3 months, minimum 380 hours.

Front desk supervisor: $24.59 rising 3 steps to $26.09

Night auditor: $23.94 rising 3 steps to $25.41

Front desk clerk: $23.67 rising 3 steps to $25.11

Reservation agent: $23.67 rising 3 steps to $25.11

Bell attendant-driver: $18.67 rising 3 steps to $19.81

Bell attendant: $17.90 rising 3 steps to $19

Restaurant/lounge

Dining room supervisor: $19.48 rising 3 steps to $20.68

Restaurant server: $16.87 rising 3 steps to $17.90

Bus person/room server: $16.87 rising 3 steps to $17.90

Lounge/bartender/mixer: $21.14 rising 3 steps to $22.43

Editor’s notes: First-aid training: Employer will reimburse employees directed by employer to take recognized industrial first aid course. Education: Employer will remit 0.3% of gross wages to union’s education and training fund, maximum $4,500 per year, for all hotels combined.
