Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 10, 2021 to March 10, 2023. Signed on Sept. 10, 2021.

Paid holidays: 9 days.

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for time worked after 8 hours in 1 day or 44 hours in 1 week.

Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums.

Dental: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums.

STD: Employee pays 100% of premiums.

Life insurance: Employee pays 100% of premiums.

Seniority – recall rights: 3 months after layoffs; 6 months for employee who transfers outside of bargaining unit.

Probationary period: 90 calendar days.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months for records of discipline.

Editor’s notes: Tip pool: All servers will pay percentage, minimum 2%, of daily net sales, into tip pool. Server who receives tips that are 10% per cent or less of daily net sales is not required to contribute to tip pool for that day. Server whose daily net sales exceeds $1,500 on 1 day, is not required to contribute to tip pool on daily net sales amount above $1,500 for that day.
