The Ontario government in Ottawa is looking for a human resources consultant who will provide expertise and guidance to an assigned department or departments across a variety of human resource areas, including talent management, human resource management and employment systems, and employee relations. The consultant will support the advancement and execution of the client department’s human resources strategic objectives and people priorities. Candidates must have a four-year university degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, with at least three years of related experience in a variety of HR functional areas. Finning Canada in Edmonton, AB is looking for a human resources business partner who will identify training and development gaps and support the identification of high potential employees.
