Human resources consultant

Bell Canada in Scarborough, Ont. is looking for a human resources consultant who will partner and provide key advice on human resources and labour relations strategies impacting client initiatives, ensuring strong employee/union relations maintained. The consultant will also partner with managers to identify talent needs required to support business objectives, and develop and implement plans to acquire, develop and retain talent. Human resources consultant

The Ontario government in Ottawa is looking for a human resources consultant who will provide expertise and guidance to an assigned department or departments across a variety of human resource areas, including talent management, human resource management and employment systems, and employee relations. The consultant will support the advancement and execution of the client department’s human resources strategic objectives and people priorities. Candidates must have a four-year university degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, with at least three years of related experience in a variety of HR functional areas. Human resources business partner

Finning Canada in Edmonton, AB is looking for a human resources business partner who will identify training and development gaps and support the identification of high potential employees. The business partner will also assist leaders in developing Career Development Plans with their employees and coaching leaders on career development discussions. Candidates must have post-secondary education in human resources management, labour relations management or a related field, with five or more years of years of professional-level human resource generalist experience, working and collaborating with business leaders in a consultative capacity.
