Key Media's Global Best in HR winners announced

Key Media announced the winners of its Global Best in HR awards today, the culmination of rigorous research to find top-performing HR teams and organizations in several professional categories.

Over the last 12 months Key Media’s intelligence team of over 30 professionals has been researching and canvassing HR industry players to find out who they think is worthy of recognition. The result was 172 Special Reports that were published globally in 2023. The Global Best in HR list recognizes the organizations and teams that topped those reports, representing a combined 843 individuals in the HR industry.

Ashley Sardjoe, global people and organization leader of Global Best in HR winner Novartis, said the award marks a “remarkable year” for the organization.

Excellence in HR in several categories recognized

In categories such as Innovative HR Teams, Global 100 HR Leaders, Best Places to Work, 5-Star DEI, and Technology and Software Providoers, the Global Best in HR 2023 report highlights the most innovative performers and strategies in HR in Canada, Australia, Asia, New Zealand, the U.S. and other parts of the globe.

The Special Reports published throughout 2023 have already attracted 2.4 million page views, with 5,044 winners already awarded in these categories.

This year’s list of the stars of those reports provide a definitive source of those industry players who have delivered outstanding results, whether they were introducing new initiatives, innovating and revamping existing frameworks and practices, or providing inspiration and motivation to colleagues, team members and the industry as a whole.

The information collected from 160,000 surveys from across Asia, Australia, Canada, New Zealand the U.S. have been compiled in the Global Best in HR 2023 Digital Edition, which will be published by Canadian HR Reporter, Human Resources Director Australia, Human Resources Director NZ, Human Resources Director Canada, Human Resources Director US, and Human Resources Director Asia.
