Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 26, 2021 to Sept. 25, 2026. Signed on Sept. 21, 2021 .
Shift premium: $20 per hour for stewards for all time spent attending scheduled grievance meetings between employer and union.
Seniority – recall rights: 90 consecutive days if owner-operator is out of service; 367 days if owner operator is not available due to legal ability to perform all dispatches given by employer. 30 days to repair or 90 days to replace owner-operator’s vehicle if equipment is removed from service due to mechanical problems.
Probationary period: 90 calendar days of engagement.

Van 3,000 lbs: $0.78 rising 3 steps to $0.79
Sprinter van 4,000 lbs: $0.79 rising 3 steps to $0.80
Straight truck 6,000 lbs: $1.14 rising 3 steps to $1.15
Straight truck 12,499 lbs: $1.19 rising 3 steps to $1.20
Straight truck 24,000 lbs: $1.19 rising 3 steps to $1.20
