Wage adjustments:

Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, August Civic Holiday, Easter Monday, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Remembrance Day
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks for 1 to 2 years of service; 3 weeks for 3 to 7 years; 4 weeks for 8 to 9; 5 weeks for 10 to 14 years; 6 weeks for 15+ years
Personal days: first year: 1 day; second year: 1.5 days; third+ year: 2 days
Sick days: First year: 1 paid day/month up to 12 days (2 may be used for family); second year: 18 paid days (3 may be used for family); third+ years: 20 paid days (5 may be used for family)
Overtime: 2 times for work over 8 hours/day
Shift premium: $1.75/hour between 9 pm and 5 am, excluding overtime; $1.75/hour between 5 pm and 8 am for pool employees, excluding overtime
Employee benefits: basic group life insurance (2 times annual salary); dependent life insurance ($10,000 spouse/$5,000 child); AD&D (2 times annual salary); EAP; extended health care; dental; health spending account ($1,000/year); STD
Bereavement leave: 4 working days for immediate family (spouse, child, parent, sibling, stepparent, stepchildren, nephew, niece); 3 days for grandparent, grandchild, parents-in-law, siblings-in-law, aunt, uncle; 2 days for travel exceeding 350 km
Probationary period: 6 months
Discipline: Sunset clause of 12 months
Clothing: employer provides: boots, gloves, slickers, overalls for outside workers; uniform and shoes for police and bylaw officers; shorts, T-shirts and swimming suit allowance ($150 for full-time, $75 for part-time) for pool employees; jacket, hoodie, vest, T-shirts for arena staff; $150 for office attire for administrative staff
Safety boots: $300 per year or $600 carried over to second year; $100 for deck shoes or $200 carried over in second year
Safety gear: provided by employer if needed (fanny pack, respirator mask, eye protection, gloves, coveralls, radio)

- Administrative assistant (49 months): $34.15 rising 3 steps to $37.32
- Bylaw officer (49 months): $35.80 rising 3 steps to $39.12
- Public works coordinator: $44.63 rising 3 steps to $48.77
- Head lifeguard: $29.21 rising 3 steps to $32.88
