Renewal agreement: Effective May 3, 2015, to Sept. 3, 2018. Signed on May 6, 2015.

Wage adjustments:

Effective May 3, 2015: 1%

Effective Sept. 4, 2015: 2%

Effective Sept. 4, 2016: 3%

Effective Sept. 4, 2017: 2%

Shift premium: 55¢ per hour for all time worked between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Paid holidays: 11 days.

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 7 years, 5 weeks after 14 years, 5 weeks after 17 years and 6 weeks after 22 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all time worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.

Dental: $2,000 annual maximum. 80% coverage for basic procedures, 50% coverage for major procedures.

Sick leave: 8 days.

LTD: 60% coverage to a maximum of $1,800 per month for 2 years.

Life insurance: Employer pays 55% of premium.

Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee’s spouse or child. 3 days for employee’s father, mother, brother, sister, father-in-law or mother-in-law. 1 day for employee’s brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent, son-in-law or daughter-in-law.

Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours at time and one-half.

Probationary period: 250 hours worked.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 9 months.

Reception: $18.81 per hour

Stationary engineman: $24.48

Carpenter: $23.48

Technical maintenance officer: $23.48

Bellhop: $13.34

Room attendant: $17.98

Coordinator: $21.71

Server: $13.34

Bartender: $17.98

Chef: $24.96

Butcher: $23.40

Diver: $18.52

Banquet bartender: $15.38

Banquet server: $13.34

Banquet barback: $15.57

Room service server: $14.69

Editor’s notes: Birth or adoption: 2 paid days and 3 unpaid days. Marriage: 1 paid day for employee’s wedding. 1 unpaid day for the wedding of the employee’s father, mother, brother or sister.
