Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2015, to Jan. 31, 2019. Signed on Feb. 1, 2015.

Wage adjustments:

Effective Feb. 1, 2015: 1.5%

Effective Feb. 1, 2016: 1.5%

Effective Feb. 1, 2017: 2%

Effective Feb. 1, 2018: 2%

Paid holidays: 11 days. 2 floating holidays for employees hired before Jan. 1, 2009, and 1 floating holiday for employees hired thereafter.

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 10 years and 5 weeks after 20 weeks.

Overtime: Time and one-half.

Meal allowance: $15 for breakfast, $20 for lunch and $35 for dinner when employee is required to work out of town.

Sick leave: 1/2 day earned per month to a maximum of 10 days. Employees must provide proof of illness requiring 3 or more consecutive days’ leave.

Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.

Call-in pay: 4 hours at regular rate of pay or time worked at time and one-half, whichever is greater.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year.

Mileage: 49¢ per km.

Operations director: $19.29 rising in 2 steps to $21.29

Reception: $11.97 rising in 2 steps to $13.21

Announcer A & C: $13.16 rising in 2 steps to $14.54

Editor’s notes: Layoff: 4 weeks’ notice to start, 5 weeks’ notice for employees with 5 years of seniority and 6 weeks’ notice for employees with 10 years of seniority.
