Renewal agreement: Effective Dec. 10, 2023, to Dec. 10, 2026. Ratified on Nov. 22, 2023.
Wage adjustments: 3% increase per step.
Shift premium: Hourly premium of $1.50 for each basic hour worked between 9:00 p.m. of one day and prior to 7:00 a.m. of the following day. Hourly premium of $0.65 for each basic hour worked on a Saturday or Sunday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks to start, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 14 years.
Overtime: One and one-half times the basic hourly rate of pay for hours worked in excess of 7.5 hours in one day and/or 37.5 hours in one week.

Dental: Included.
Life insurance: TWU-USW Employee Life and Health Plan.
Pension: All employees may, subject to eligibility, participate in the TELUS Defined Contribution (DC) Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days with pay for death of an immediate family member. 3 days with pay to attend the funeral of a friend, work associate, or relative not covered by "immediate family."
Probationary period: 90 working days of continuous employment.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.

Editor’s notes: If the March 2026 Consumer Price Index (CPI) exceeds the CPI for March 2025 by more than 4.0%, wage schedules and basic hourly rates of pay as of May 31, 2026, will be increased by a percentage equal to the difference between the increase between the March 2025 and March 2026 CIPs and 4.0% to a maximum of 1.0. New wages will be effective June 1, 2026
