Renewal agreement: Effective July 16, 2021 to July 15, 2025. Signed on Dec. 19, 2022.
Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan. 1, 2023: 9.1% (for employees who have completed their probation period)
Effective Jan. 1, 2023: 12.1% (off-scale employees)
Paid holidays: 10 days, including Quebec National Holiday (Quebec residents only replacing Remembrance Day), first Monday of August (Ontario residents only replacing Remembrance Day), Cree National Holiday (Entente de la Baie James).
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 15 years.
Sick leave: 1 day for every 2 months worked, maximum 6 accumulated days.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, mother, father, son, daughter. 3 days for death of sister, brother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, any other close relative.
Safety shoes: $80 per year for non-slip black shoes.
Uniforms/clothing: $30 per month for dry cleaning.

Editor’s notes: Meals: When flight attendant is on duty, per diem can be claimed (if no meal is provided by employer): $15 for breakfast; $20 for lunch; $30 for supper; $15 for snack.
