Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2017. Signed on June 30, 2016.
Wage adjustments:
Effective July 1, 2016: 0%
Shift premium: Time and one-half for hours worked between midnight and 8 a.m. Time and one-half for hours worked after 6 p.m. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Paid holidays: 11 days, half-days on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve (after 6 p.m.).
Vacations with pay: 6% to start, 8% after 6 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 4 hours, double time thereafter. Time and one-half if working in 10-hour rest period between calls. Double time for work on holiday. Time and one-half for work on Sunday, double time for work after 8 hours.
Medical benefits: 3% allowance for group health and welfare.
Pension: 4% allowance for RRSP.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours.
Mileage: $0.45 per kilometre.

Editor’s notes: Consumption of intoxicating substances: No consumption of illegal drugs on the job nor reporting to work or worker receives immediate dismissal without reinstatement for 6 months for first infraction; suspension for 1 year for second infraction; permanent suspension for third infraction.
