Renewal agreement: Effective Aug. 18, 2022 to Nov. 30, 2025. Signed on Sept. 26, 2022.

Shift premium: $0.90 per hour (previously $0.75 per hour) that falls within off-normal period when employee works off-normal tour. $0.90 per hour (previously $0. 75 per hour) for work between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m. on any day.

Paid holidays: 12 days, including Easter Monday, Victoria Day (National Patriot’s Day in Quebec), National Holiday (June 24 Quebec only), National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Additional 2 days off, with pay.

Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days, to start, 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years, 6 weeks after 25 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 7.5 hours per or on day outside scheduled workweek. Double time after 4 hours of overtime per week. Time may be banked.

Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of death of spouse, common-law partner, child. 3 days for death of father, mother, spouse or common-law partner of father or mother, brother, sister, father or mother of spouse or common-law partner or spouse or common-law partner of father or mother, dependant or other relative residing in same residence, child of spouse or common-law partner, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law of spouse or common-law partner, grandparent, grandparent of spouse or common-law partner, grandchild. Employer may extend periods of bereavement leave, maximum 5 days, when it is necessary for employee to travel 175 kilometers or more from city in which employee works.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years for all disciplinary measures (written reprimand or written warning).
