Renewal agreement: Effective Dec. 5, 2013, to Dec. 5, 2016.
Wage adjustments:
$850 for permanent employees upon ratification
Effective Nov. 30, 2013: 3%

Shift premium: 70¢ per hour for employees required to possess an aircraft maintenance license, 40¢ per hour for employees with a seal of approval, $3 per hour for employees charged with aircraft release and $50 per test when employees are required to conduct test flights. $1.40 per hour for lead hands.
Paid holidays: 6 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 18 years and 6 weeks after 25 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked outside regularly scheduled hours. Double time for all hours worked on Sunday. Double time for all hours worked on paid holidays.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 80% of premiums for a dietician to a maximum of $600 per year. $1,750 annual maximum for psychologists. $800 maximum per covered person per year for drug-related expenses.
Dental: Employer pays 90% of premiums to a maximum of $2,000 per year.
Life insurance: $60,000. Reduced by $4,000 after retired or, if not retired, the age of 65.
Seniority – recall rights: 3 years.
Probationary period: 15 weeks.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year, unless a disciplinary measure of a similar nature is recorded during that period, in which case the duration is 18 months.
Uniforms/clothing: 1 paid of safety glasses will be provided every 2 years.
