Renewal agreement: Effective June 20, 2013, to June 19, 2018.
Shift premium: $1 per hour for all hours worked on the 2nd shift. $1.25 per hour for all hours worked on the 3rd shift.
Paid holidays: 10 days.
Vacations with pay: x1 day per month worked to a maximum of 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 17 years and 6 weeks after 25 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 3 hours of overtime worked Monday through Friday. Double time for all hours worked thereafter. Time and one-half for the first 8 hours worked on Saturday. Double time for all hours worked thereafter. Double time for all hours worked on Sunday.
Sick leave: 10 days after 6 months, 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 3 years, 30 days after 5 years, 40 days after 10 years, 45 days after 15 years, 50 days after 20 years, 55 days after 25 years and 60 days after 30 years.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee’s spouse or child. 3 days for employee’s father, mother, brother, sister, father-in-in-law, mother-in-law or stepchild. 1 day for employee’s grandparent, son-in-law, daughter-in-law or spouse’s grandparent.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Probationary period: 6 months.
