Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2026. Signed on July 25, 2023.
Shift premium: $0.75 per hour for every hour worked compounded on overtime hours to all employees who operate equipment (crane, Insul-Core machine, mobile crane, loader, forklift, skid steer, semi-truck; for employees who are designated carpentry shop employees who use table saw). $5 per hour for lead-hands. $6.50 per hour for foreman. $1 per hour for all hours worked on afternoon shift. $1.50 per hour for all hours worked on night shift.
Paid holidays: 12 days, including National Truth and Reconciliation Day.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years (previously after 5 years), 4 weeks after 7 years (previously after 10 years). 5 weeks after 17 years (previously after 20 years).
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 straight-time hours in 1 day; 40 straight-time hours in 1 week, Monday to Saturday. Time and one-half for work on Saturdays. Time and one-half for first 10 hours of Saturday; double time thereafter. Double time for all hours worked on Sundays, general holidays; for all hours after 12 hours Monday to Friday.
Meal allowance: 1 hot meal and sufficient time to consume meal where employee works 12 consecutive hours or more in 1 day.
Paramedical: $350 per member per year for acupuncture, chiropractor, chiropodist/podiatrist, massage therapist, naturopath, osteopath, psychologist, physiotherapist, speech therapist, audiologist.
AD&D: Coverage of $60,000 (previously $50,000).
Life insurance: Coverage of $60,000 (previously $50,000).
Pension: Employer will contribute $3 per hour for all hours worked to group RRSP.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of immediate family member (spouse, mother, father, children (including common-law, stepchildren), sisters, brothers, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandfathers, grandmothers, grandchildren). 3 days (1 paid, 2 days unpaid) for death of any other individual covered under Employment Standards Code of Alberta.
Seniority – recall rights: 8 months after layoff; 2 years for leave of absence due to injury or illness. 9 months when employee receives leave of absence to accept position within company that is beyond scope of bargaining unit.
Probationary period: 90 days worked; 120 calendar days.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months for discipline letters.
Safety shoes: $0.18 per hour for approved winter and summer safety footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply each employee with 3 sets of coveralls per year; insulated coveralls, gloves and safety equipment as required. Employees working in outdoor conditions will be supplied with winter parkas.
Mileage: $0.50 per kilometre for each kilometre traveled beyond town limits when employer instructs employee to travel to project or job that is situated beyond corporate limits of town in own vehicle.

Journeyperson concrete finisher: $32.61 rising 2 steps to $34.09
Trade level 2: $30.84 rising 2 steps to $32.25

Production worker level 3: $27.44 rising 2 steps to $28.68
Production worker level 2: $26.42 rising 2 steps to $27.63
Production worker level 1: $24.94 rising 2 steps to $26.07
Labourer: $23.33 rising 2 steps to $24.39
