Wage adjustments:
Effective ratification: 1.5%

Shift premium: $0.75 per hour for all hourly paid shifts worked between 6 p.m. and 4 a.m. $1.50 per hour based on 2 years of prior experience and competent operation of equipment on reach truck. $0.25 per hour based on 2 years of prior experience and competent operation of equipment on Moffat. $1 per hour for lead-hands. $1 per hour as weekend premium. $0.80 per hour for liquor delivery (class 3). $1 per hour for igloo. $2 per hour for Sysco. $2 per hour for Core-Mark. $2.50 per hour for Samuel Steel. $42 layover premium of will be paid when scheduled run driver is performing requires that driver remain at destination for return scheduled after reset (providing driver has enough legal hours to make full return trip within hours-of-service guidelines); $20 per day extended layover premium when driver is required to layover for 3 or more consecutive nights. $2 per hour universal premium for drivers who are qualified to work on all accounts within city limits meeting specific customer requirements. $100 per week while performing duties as pro-trainer.
Paid holidays: 10 days.
Vacations with pay: 10 days after 12 months, 15 days after 5 years, 20 days after 12 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week for class A dockworker; for work after 60 hours per week for highway drivers; 45 hours per week for city drivers, swampers. Time and one-half for work on assigned day off.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Vision: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. Coverage of $350 (previously $200) per employee in 24-month period with no carryover.
AD&D: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Pension: After 1 year of service, employees may contribute 2% of gross pay (matched by employer) to pension plan. $750 annual maximum in year 1. $750 annual maximum in year 1. $800 annual maximum in year 2. $850 annual maximum in year 3. $900 annual maximum in year 4.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of father, mother, spouse (including common-law), son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, foster-parents, grandparents, step children (provided employee attends funeral or is involved in preparations).
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year after layoff; .
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours of pay.
Probationary period: 3 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months for reprimands, warnings, violations; 24 months for discipline relating to driving, delivery and cargo claims incidents.
Safety shoes: $150 once per year when safety boots are required to perform work assignments. Additional $175 per year for employees requiring metatarsal guard. All boot allowances will increase by $25 per employee in years 1, 3 and 5 of collective agreement.
Uniforms/clothing: $250 once every 12 months ($300 for flat-deck, shunt drivers) for clothing is ordered with company or one of its designated suppliers. All uniform allowances will increase by $25 per employee in years 1, 3 and 5 of collective agreement. $120 per year for cleaning of coveralls, for employees who are required to wear coveralls.
