Renewal agreement: Effective May 14, 2019 to May 13, 2023. Signed on July 5, 2019.
Shift premium: $25 per day for pro trainers for crane operations, flat deck and Moffett operation, roll-off and lugger-truck operation. $1per hour for hourly employee doing training, familiarization; $25 per day (previously $20 per day) for flat-rated or mileage drivers. $0.60 per hour for hourly drivers, flat-rated drivers, mileage drivers beginning work between 4p.m. and 4 a.m. $1 per hour (previously $0.75 per hour) for speciality work 1 (general flat deck/straight truck tandem axle highway). $1 per hour for speciality work 2 (non-steel-service customers: supers Bs/B trains hourly with or without Moffett Mounty, that includes tarping). $1 per hour for speciality work 3 (steel-service customers: supers Bs/B trains hourly with or without Moffett Mounty, that includes tarping). $1.25 per hour (previously $1per hour) for speciality work 4 (hand-bombing: all time from arrival at customer until departure if required to hand-bomb). $1.25 per hour for speciality work 5 (crane operation: premium applies for all time when operating crane only). $0.02 per mile for all miles associated with trip destined for or originating from U.S. $1.50 per hour for Home Depot customer service/in-home delivery.
Paid holidays: 10 days.
Vacations with pay: 10 days or 4% after 12 months, 15 days or 6% after 5 years, 20 days or 8% after 12 years. Effective 14, 2020: 25 days or 10% after 25 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 9 hours per day or 45 hours per week.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for coverage of $1,500 per year maximum per family members. 50% coverage of major dental.
AD&D: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for coverage of $50,000 (previously $35,000).
Life insurance: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for coverage of $50,000 (previously $35,000).
Pension: Employer will contribute 2% per year, maximum $800 (previously $700), into DC plan. Effective May 14, 2020: $900. Effective May 14, 2021: $1,000. Effective May 14, 2022: $1,100.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of father, mother, wife, husband, son, daughter, brother, sister, common-law spouse, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, stepfather, stepmother, stepchild. 1 day for death of grandparent, brother-in-law, sister-in-law. Additional 7 days without pay may also be given.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Safety shoes: $150 every 12 months. May be carried forward into following year, maximum $300. Boots must be above ankle unless employee has documented medical exemption. Employer will contribute $25 every 12 months for MaxxDry GripOns boot covers.
Uniforms/clothing: $250 every 12 months for clothing ordered from employer or one of its designated suppliers. Employer will provide lined, unlined coveralls for shunt drivers. Employer will provide winter gloves and safety goggles designed to wear on top or prescription lenses upon request
Mileage: $0.44 per mile. Effective May 14, 2020: $0.45 per mile. Effective May 14, 2021: $0.46 per mile. Effective May 14, 2022: $0.47 per mile.

Straight truck: $17.65 rising 3 steps to $19.15
Tractor/tandem axle: $19.90 rising 3 steps to $21.60
Home Depot swamper: $14.40 rising 3 steps to $15.50
Gerdau lugger runs: $22.85 rising 3 steps to $24.85
Recochem contract: $19.90 rising 3 steps to $21.60
