Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022. Signed on May 11, 2020.
Shift premium: Minimum of 2 hours pay at straight-time rate or hourly rate for each hour or part thereof for attending meeting, whichever is greater, if shop steward or local officer is called in on off day for meeting.
Paid holidays: 9 days plus Heritage Day (Yukon), Aboriginal Day (Yukon), British Columbia Day (Discovery Day in Yukon).
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 2 weeks plus 1 additional week or 6% after 5 years of employment.
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week; double time after 12 hours of work in 1 day. Time and one-half for work conducted on variances of 9 hours per day to 11 hours per day.
Sick leave: 4 days per year after 90 days of employment; 5 days after 5 years of service.
Pension: Employer will make monthly contributions to group RRSP at 2.5% of earnings (employees not eligible to participate in plan or with no room in annual RRSP contribution will be paid equivalent amount directly).
Bereavement leave: Maximum 5 days.
Seniority – recall rights: 90 days for employees temporarily appointed or on acting assignment outside bargaining unit.
Probationary period: 90 days of employment.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years for document or written statement — other than performance appraisal — or record of suspension related to disciplinary action.
Safety shoes: Employer will purchase 1 pair of safety footwear for use of employment with employer only or employee will be reimbursed $125 (previously $75) toward cost of safety footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employee may choose 1 jacket (3-in-1 either bomber or mid length waterproof -Gore-Tex or equivalent); 1 sweater; 3 shirts (blue or dark blue; long- or short-sleeves as elected by employee); 2 pairs of pants; 1 ball cap.

Safety items: Employer will purchase safety items only for use during employment and will reimburse, maximum $125, towards cost of items.
