Wage adjustments: Effective April 1, 2015: 1.5%

Shift premium: $2 per hour for employees working between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. $2 per hour for time worked on Saturday or Sunday.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 6% of hours worked at straight-time rate to start, 8% after 5 years, 10% after 15 years and 12% after 25 years. Unused vacation leave will be carried over into the following vacation year. Carryover beyond 1 year will be by mutual consent.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 7 1/2 hours per day and double time for all hours worked in excess of 12 hours per day. Time and one-half for the first 7 1/2 hours worked on the first day of rest and double time for all hours worked thereafter. Double time for all hours worked on the second and subsequent days of rest.
Meal allowance: $10 after 3 hours of overtime. Additional $10 when overtime extends 4 hours or more.
Sick leave: Up to 10 days. Unused sick leave credits will be carried over into the following
year.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee’s spouse, father, mother, father-in-law, motherin- law, stepfather, stepmother, foster parent, brother, sister, child, stepchild, ward of the employee, grandparent, spouse’s grandparent, son-inlaw, daughter-in-law, brotherin- law, sister-in-law, grandchild, spouse’s grandchild or relative living permanently with the employee. Up to 3 additional days for travel.
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours at applicable overtime rate.
Probationary period: 6 months. 1 year for permanent employees in positions with signing authority.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay to start, 3 weeks’ pay for employees with 10 or more years of continuous employment, 4 weeks’ pay for employees with 20 or more years of continuous employment, 1 additional week’s pay for each additional complete year of continuous employment.
Safety shoes: $150 every 2
years.

$18 for each 8 consecutive hours on standby. Pyramiding: Payments provided under overtime, call-back pay, standby
