Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2023 to Sept. 30, 2025. Signed on Nov. 22, 2022.

Shift premium: Minimum 10% when project’s anticipated scheduled work has majority of working hours outside normal workday and project’s work is deemed shift work.

Paid holidays: 11 days.

Vacations with pay: 6% each pay period as vacation pay to start, 8% after 10 years, 9% after 15 years, 10% after 20 years. Employees who have directed banking of vacation pay may bank up to maximum of 4 weeks of vacation earnings from current year and carry same over into following year. Balances that exceed amount will be paid out on last pay period of year.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked 8 in 1 day and 40 in 1 week. Double time for work on statutory holidays.

Pension: Employer will match up to $1.50 per hour contributions made by employee. Additional employee contributions are permitted. Minimum contribution matched by employer is $0.50.

First-year pre-apprentice: $14.40
First-year apprentice: $18.50
Second-year apprentice: $22.20
Third-year apprentice: $25.90
Fourth-year apprentice: $29.60
Journeyman class: $37
