Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2014, to Dec. 31, 2017. Signed on June 30, 2015.

Wage adjustments:

Effective Jan. 1, 2014: 2%

Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 1.83%

Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 1.65%

Paid holidays: 8 days.

Vacations with pay: 4% vacation pay to start, 6% after 5 years and 8% after 10 years.

Bereavement leave: 1 paid and 4 unpaid days for employee’s spouse, child, spouse’s child, father, mother, brother or sister. 4 unpaid days for employee’s son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law or sister-in-law. 1 additional unpaid day if ceremony is more than 250 km from employee’s residence.

Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.

Probationary period: 8 weeks.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
