Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2028; signed June 18, 2025
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Alberta Family Day, August Civic, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Truth and Reconciliation Day, Remembrance Day
Vacations with pay: 15 working days for 1st year, 20 working days for 2nd to 10th years, 25 days for 10th to 19th years, 30 working days for 20th year and over; supplementary vacation: 5 extra days after 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 years of service
Sick leave: 5 days after 6 months, 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 2 years, 20 days after 3+ years
Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee's immediate family (spouse/partner, parents, stepparents, foster parent, children, stepchildren, foster children) and extended family (aunt, uncle, nephew, niece, grandparents, grandchildren, in-laws)
Overtime: 2 times base rate of pay for excess of 7.5 hours per day
Probationary period: 503.75 hours

Sample rates of pay (Apri 1, 2025):
- Registered psychiatric nurse: $41.60 rising 2 steps to $45.90
- Certified graduate psychiatric nurse: $38.05 rising 2 steps to $41.99
