Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Heritage Holiday, Remembrance Day, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
Overtime: double time for return to work without 8-hour break; 1.5 times for first 2 hours, Monday to Friday; double time all other hours, Monday to Friday; double time for weekends, stat holidays
Benefits: Health and Welfare Trust Fund, Pension Trust Fund, Training Trust Fund
Travel: $200 for accommodation in Alberta, $80 per diem
Tools: employer provides toolboxes, locks, screwdrivers, hammers, gauges, calipers, wrenches, saws, tape, etc.)
Sample rates of pay:
- Journeyman $58.50 rising 1 step to $59.50
- Foreman: $64.00 rising 1 step to $65.00
- General foreman: $66.00 rising 1 step to $67.00
