Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026; signed Feb. 23, 2026
Probationary period: 90 days
Overtime: 1.5 times regular rate of pay
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Day
Vacation days: 2 weeks for 1 to 3 years’ service; 3 weeks for 3 to 8 years; 4 weeks for 8 to 15 years; 5 weeks for 15 to 26 years; 6 weeks for 26+ years
Sick leave: 6 days
Bereavement leave: 5 days for immediate family (spouse, in-laws, stepparents, foster child, grandparents, step-grandparents, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, siblings); 1 day for aunt, uncle, niece, nephew; 2 unpaid days for travel beyond 800 km
Discipline: Sunset clause of 12 months
Employee benefits: EAP, STD, LTD; health, dental and life; $350 for vision care, $100 for eye exam every 2 years; paramedical; tuition subsidies
Safety gear: Employer provides PPE, winter boots, hats and jackets, rain apparel
Safety boots: $240 per 2 years

- Security officer, start rate: $22.68 rising 1 step to $23.22
- Security officer: $25.20 rising 1 step to $25.80
