Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 3, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2028
Shift premiums: 2026: $2.87, 2027: $2.98, 2028: $3,10
Overtime: 2 times normal hours of work; banked up to 10 days
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Alberta Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Remembrance Day
Vacations with pay: 15 days to start; 20 days after 7 years; 25 days after 16 years; 30 days after 24 years
Safety footwear: 100% of the total cost up to $400 in 2-year period
Bereavement leave: 5 days for mother, father, sister, brother, spouse or common-law partner, son, daughter, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandfather, grandmother, grandchild, foster parent, ward or guardian of the employee or spouse, aunt, uncle, niece or nephew, the other parent of the employee’s child (not residing in the same household), step-relatives of the same relationship listed or any dependent relative living in the employee's household
Probationary period: 180 days
Discipline: Sunset clause of 24 months
Sample rates of pay:
- Team lead – maintenance, compressor & plants: $64.08-$69.18 rising 2 steps to $69.15-$74.65
- Senior Weld Quality Technician: $57.52-$62.61 rising 2 steps to $62.09 -$67.56
- Welder/carpenter/machinist: $54.31-$56.81 rising 2 steps to $58.60-$61.30
