Probation: 3 months
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly rate after 40 hours per week
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Alberta Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Holiday, Remembrance Day, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
Vacations with pay: 0 to 2 years: 3 weeks; 3 to 7 years: 4 weeks; 8 to 15 years: 5 weeks; 16 to 24 years: 6 weeks; 25+ years: 7 weeks
Sick leave: 1.5 workdays per month
Personal days: full-time: 2 wellness days per year; seasonal: 1 wellness day per year
Bereavement leave: 4 days for immediate family (spouse, children, stepchildren, parents, stepparent, siblings, half-siblings, step-siblings, grandparents, step-grandparents, parents-in-law)
Long-service awards: $150 after 5 years; $300 after 10 years; $450 after 15 years; $600 after 20 years; $900 after 25 years; $1,200 after 30 years; $1,500 after 35 years; $2,000 after 40 years
