Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 25, 2025 to Sept. 24, 2028
Shift premium: Employees assigned to train new employees or employees in a new classification shall receive $1.00 per hour
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Civic Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks for first 5 years; 3 weeks between 5 and 10 years; 4 weeks after 10 years
Overtime: Time and one-half for hours in excess of 12 consecutive hours per 12-hour shift and hours in excess of 8 consecutive hours per 8-hour shift
Employee benefits: Employer will pay $23.08 biweekly toward premiums for any employee selecting one of the Flexible Benefit Plans for a single and $52.62 biweekly toward premiums for any employee selecting one of the Flexible Benefit Plans for a family.
LTD: Employer will pay 100% of premiums for Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment for up to 1x employee’s annual salary; employee shall pay 100% of premiums for Long Term Disability Insurance; employer will pay 100% of premiums for Employee Assistance Program
Bereavement leave: 3 paid days for immediate family members including spouse, child or step-child, parents or parents-in-law, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren
Probationary period: 90 days for full-time employees; 90 days and/or minimum of 300 hours for part-time or casual employees
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months; 18 months with recurrence of same type of incident
Safety shoes: $175 for steel-toed boots

Rail
- New hires with no experience, $30.00, rising 2 steps to $31.37
- Groundsperson 1-yard, $34.00, rising 2 steps to $35.55
- Locomotive operator – yard, $37.00, rising 2 steps to $38.68
