Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Half-day Before Christmas Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Holiday, Full Day Before New Year’s Day
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 25 years
Personal/sick days: 64 hours for full-time workers, 32 hours for part-time workers
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly rate for hours in excess of 8 per day and 24 per weekend

Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, child, stepchild or parent; 3 days for immediate family (brother, sister, parents-in-law, siblings-in-law, children-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren, stepparents, half-siblings); 1 day for aunt, uncle
Discipline: Sunset clause of 12 months; for workplace violence/harassment: 24 months
Safety shoes: $300 per year for pants, shorts, safety shoes
Uniforms/clothing: employer provided
Sample rates of pay (current, after increase):
- Maintenance: $22.75, rising 2 steps to $23.75
- Warehouse: $19.75, rising 2 steps to $20.75
- Utility: $19.25, rising 2 steps to $20.25
