Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029; signed March 13, 2026
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Heritage Day, Truth and Reconciliation Day, Remembrance Day
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks for 1 to 4 years of service; 3 weeks for 5+ years
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly wage
Night shift premium: $1.20 per hour
Mileage reimbursement: $0.51 per kilometre

Bereavement leave: 36 hours for immediate family if directly involved in making funeral arrangements or attending funeral (parents, parents-in-law, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings-in-law) and miscarriages, still births; 1 day for aunts, uncles, cousins
Probationary period: 400 hours
Discipline: 24 months
Safety shoes: $250 per year

- Working foreman: $47.58 rising 2 steps to $50.48
- Senior party chief: $43.77 rising 2 steps to $46.43
- Junior survey assistant: $29.41 rising 2 steps to $31.20
