Renewal agreement: Effective Oct. 30, 2025 to April 1, 2028; signed Oct. 30, 2025
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly wage after 44-hour work week
Sick/personal days: 3 unpaid per year
Bereavement leave: 3 days for employee, immediate family (spouse or partner, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, grandparents, grandchildren
Family responsibility leave: 3 days
Probationary period: 90 days
Discipline: Sunset clause of 12 months
Sample rates of pay:
- Cast member: $17.60 (0 to 6 months’ service), $17.85 (6 to 18 months’ service), $18.10 (18 months+ service)
- Cast leader: $18.10 (0 to 6 months’ service), $18.35 (6 to 18 months’ service), $18.60 (18+ months’ service)
