Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 15, 2025 to Feb. 14, 2028; signed May 27, 2025

Wage adjustments:

2026: 3.75%

2027: 4.4%

Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Holiday, Birthday

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks for 1 to 4 years of service; 3 weeks for 5 to 9 years; 4 weeks for 10+ years of service

Personal/sick days: 6 per year

Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly wage

Employee benefits: Health and dental benefits, life insurance plan

Bereavement leave: 5 days in event of death of spouse, child, stepchild, or miscarriage or still-birth; 3 days in event of death for brother, sister, parent, stepparent, grandparent, grandchild; 1 day in event of death of parents-in-law, siblings-in-law, aunt or uncle

Probationary period: 90 days or 480 hours

Discipline: Sunset clause of 12 months

Safety shoes: $100 per year

Uniforms/clothing: employer provides 2/year for full-time employees; 1 uniform/year to part-time employees

Sample rates of pay (current, after increase):

Housekeepers, laundry attendants, cooks, servers, $20.00, rising 2 steps to $21.65
