Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2028; signed Feb. 6, 2026
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Holiday, Heritage Day
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks for 0 to 4 years of service; 4 weeks for 5 to 19 years; 5 weeks for 20 to 29 years; 6 weeks for 30 years or more
Personal/sick days: 6 days per year
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly wage; double time for work in excess of 12 consecutive hours/day
Shift premiums: 2nd shift: $1.30; 3rd shift: $1.35
Bereavement leave: 3 days for immediate family (parents, parents-in-law, current stepparents, current stepchildren, spouse, children, siblings, legal guardians/wards, stepchildren, grandparents, grandchildren); 1 additional day for travel of 500 km or more; 1 day for siblings-in-law
Probationary period: 90 days
Discipline: Sunset clause of 18 months
Tool allowance: $300 per year
Footwear/uniforms: employer provides safety boots, work clothes
Meal allowance: $13 after 3 consecutive hours’ overtime at end of shift; for 1-day trips: $15 for 10+ hours; $40 for 14+ hours; $55 for 18+ hours. For 1+day trips: $30 first day dinner, $60 for subsequent days; $60 for 14+ hours; $70 for 18+ hours

Cylinder loader/filler/maintenance (year 1): $32.68 rising 2 steps to $34.00
Lead hand: $37.64 rising 2 steps to $39.16
Plant service/CES service technician: $41.10 rising 2 steps to $42.76
