Wage adjustments:

2027: 3.25%

2028: 3.25%

2029: 3.25%

Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Dec. 24th, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Holiday

Vacations with pay: 3 floater days; 10 8-hour days or 7 12-hour days after 1 year of service; 15 8-hour days or 10 12-hour days after 5 years; 20 8-hour days or 14 12-hour days after nine years; 25 8-hour days or 17 12-hour days after 25 years

Overtime: various rates of pay

Premium pay:

  • Afternoon shift: $0 .85 per hour
  • Night shift: $1.10 per hour
  • 24x7 schedule: $1 .70 per hour
  • Weekend (3x12h schedule): $3 .50 per hour

Maintenance Tech E: $45.68 rising 3 steps to  $50.28

Maintenance Tech C: $44.57 rising 3 steps to $49.06

Maintenance Tech A: $35.34 rising 3 steps to $38.900
