Vacations with pay: 3 floater days; 10 8-hour days or 7 12-hour days after 1 year of service; 15 8-hour days or 10 12-hour days after 5 years; 20 8-hour days or 14 12-hour days after nine years; 25 8-hour days or 17 12-hour days after 25 years
Overtime: various rates of pay

Premium pay:
- Afternoon shift: $0 .85 per hour
- Night shift: $1.10 per hour
- 24x7 schedule: $1 .70 per hour
- Weekend (3x12h schedule): $3 .50 per hour
