Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Holiday, Remembrance Day, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year of service; 3 weeks after 5 years; 4 weeks after 10 years; 5 weeks after 18 years; 6 weeks after 25 years
Paid sick leave: Half-day per month in first year of service; 1 day per month in succeeding years of service; banking up to 35 days
Overtime: 1.5 times regular rate of pay

Sample rates of pay (current, after increase):
- Senior stock clerk: $19.87 rising 4 steps to $20.88
- Senior petro clerk: $20.37 rising 4 steps to $21.40
- Senior shipper/receiver: $24.09 rising 4 steps to $25.31
