Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2028; signed Jan. 20, 2026
Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly rate after 40 hours per week
Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Holiday, Remembrance Day
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 5 years’ service, 4 weeks after 10 years’ service
Sick leave: 7 days per year after 1 year’s service
Personal days: 2 days per year after 1 year’s service
Bereavement leave: 3 days for immediate family (spouses, relatives dependent on employee, parents, grandparents, mother- and father-in-law, children, children-in-law, grandchildren, siblings, legal guardian)
Discipline: Sunset clause of 12 months
Uniforms/clothing: Provided by employer; $150 for footwear for maintenance, flaggers, car jockeys
Sample rates of pay:
CSR, patrollers, maintenance, shuttle drivers, valet/car jockeys, flaggers: $19.50 rising 2 steps to $20.60
