Renewal agreement: Effective Dec. 1, 2025 to Nov. 30, 2028; signed Oct. 17, 2025

Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Victoria Day, Christmas Day, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Civic Holiday,

Overtime: 1.5 times regular hourly wage for work in excess of 11 hours/day, 44 hours/week, public holidays or Sundays

Bereavement leave: 3 days for immediate family (parents, parents-in-law, stepparents, foster parents, spouse, children, foster children, siblings, legal guardians/wards, grandchildren, stepchildren, siblings-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law) and miscarriages, still births; 1 day for aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandparents

Probationary period: 3 months

Discipline: Warnings older than 12 months removed if no repeat offence; records of suspension removed after 24 months if no repeat of incident causing suspension

Uniforms/clothing: employer provides all necessary PPE (except for hard hats, safety boots, vests)

Safety boots: $250 per year

Benefits: life insurance, AD&D, LTD, extended health care, vision care, dental plan

Sample rates of pay (current, after increase):

Journeyperson electrician: $51.00 rising in 2 steps to $55.00

Foreperson: $54.82 rising in 2 steps to $59.12
