Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2016, to Jan. 31, 2018. Signed on March 22, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 

Effective March 1, 2016: $0.19 per hour.

Shift premium: Lead hand: 7.5%. Foreman: 15%. Steward: $0.50 per hour. Steward with tool box 1: $0.75 per hour. Steward with tool box 2: $1 per hour. Steward with tool box 3: $1.25 per hour. Chief steward with tool box 1: $1.50 per hour. Chief steward with tool box 2: $1.75 per hour. Chief steward with tool box 3: $2 per hour. First aid ticket w/CPR: $0.25 per hour. Dual ticket (a journeyperson scaffolding ticket and journeyperson insulating ticket): $2.00 per hour. $2 per hour for all hours when majority of shift falls between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. 

Paid holidays: 11 days. 

Vacations with pay: 6% pay on each paycheque. 

Overtime: Time and one-half for more than 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Time and one-half for working statutory holiday.

Meal allowance: For work more than 12 hours per day, 30 minutes' extra pay, and meal provided. 

Medical benefits: CLAC Health and Welfare Trust Fund. Prescription drugs: 80% coverage, maximum $3,000 per person, per year and 100% coverage thereafter.

Dental: Basic services: 100% coverage, maximum $2,000 per person, per year. Comprehensive: 50% coverage, maximum $2,000 per person, per year.

Orthodontic: 50% coverage, maximum $3,000 lifetime per child younger than 19.

Vision: Younger than 21: $300 per year; older than 21: $300 every two years.

Weekly indemnity: Payable after the first day of accident or hospitalization, and the fourth day of illness, maximum 119 days.

STD: 60% weekly earnings, maximum $600 per week.

LTD: 60% weekly earnings, maximum $2,600 per month, per employee, payable after 119 days until age 65. 

AD&D: $100,000 per employee younger than 65; $50,000 per employee from age 65 to 74.

Life insurance: $100,000 per employee younger than 65; $50,000 per employee from age 65 to 74.

Pension: CLAC Pension Plan.

Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, child, legal dependant, father, mother, brother, brother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, legal guardian, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren).

Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours.
Probationary period: 3 months. 

Safety shoes: Supplied by the employer. $100 per year boot allowance.

Uniforms/clothing: Fully supplied by the employer (gloves, safety equipment, safety glasses, body harnesses with lanyards, fire-retardant coveralls, rain gear). $300 per year for prescription safety eyewear.

Mileage: For work outside the 55 kilometre radius, but within the 80 kilometre radius, $1.25 per kilometre.
