Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2015, to April 30, 2020. Signed on May 1, 2015.
Wage adjustments:
Effective May 1, 2015: 2.5%
Effective Year 2: 1.25%
Effective Year 3: 1.25%
Effective Year 4: 1.25%
Effective Year 5: 1.25%
Shift premium: $3 per hour for foremen. $17 per day for employees working in a radiation area in plastic suits or replacement material of the fully enveloping type with an independent air supply. 45¢ per hour for employees required to work from a bosun chair or swing stage.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year.
Overtime: Time and one-half.
Meal allowance: Meal provided following 2 hours of overtime.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours at applicable overtime rate.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer provides suitable rainwear, when required.
Editor’s notes: Inclement weather: Employees who report for work but are unable to commence work because of inclement weather will receive 2 hours’ pay at the applicable rate. Travel allowance: Employees travelling 40 – 56 km to the project will receive $27.87 per day. $28.14 effective May 1, 2016. $28.43 effective May 1, 2017. $28.71 effective May 1, 2018. $29 effective May 1, 2019. Employees travelling more than 97 km to the project will receive $42.01 per day. $43.34 effective May 1, 2016. $43.78 effective May 1, 2017. $44.22 effective May 1, 2018. $44.66 effective May 1, 2019. Employees using company vehicles are not entitled to daily travel allowance.
