Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 5, 2016, to Feb. 4, 2019. Signed on Feb. 5, 2016.

Wage adjustments: 
Effective Feb. 5, 2016: 2%
Effective Feb. 5, 2017: 1%
Effective Feb. 5, 2018: 1%

Shift premium: For working on a guaranteed day off: Captain full-day (over 5 hours) 2016: $350. 2017: $353.50. 2018: $357.04. Captain half-day (up to 5 hours) 2016: $200. 2017: $202. 2018: $204.02. First officer full-day (over 5 hours) 2016: $185. 2017: $186.85. 2018: $188.72. First officer half-day (up to 5 hours) 2016: $100. 2017: $101. 2018: $102.01. Training premium: $5,000 per year. Line indoctrination: $50 per day.

Paid holidays: 9 days. 10 days after first year of agreement.

Vacations with pay: 10 days or 4% to start, 12 days or 4.8% after 3 years, 15 days or 6% after 5 years, 20 days or 8% after 20 years.
Medical benefits: 50% premiums paid by employer, 50% by employee.

Pension: RSP program

Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (parent, spouse, common-law spouse, brother, sister, child, stepchild). 3 days for death in extended family (mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent,grandchild).

Probationary period: 180 days. 

Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.

Uniforms/clothing: Employer pays 50% of cost, employee 50%. Uniform requirements: sweater, 3 dress pants, 5 dress shirts, 2 ties, winter jacket, lightweight jacket, rain jacket, black shoes/boots. Cargo pilots: 2 cotton pants, 4 work shirt/golf shirts, winter jacket, sweater, lightweight jacket, rain jacket, steel toe shoes/boots. 

Sample rates of pay (current, after 4% increase):
Captains: $55,000 rising 3 steps to $57,224.61
First officer: $30,000 rising 3 steps to $31,215.06

Editor’s notes: Floater days: 3 per year, maximum 12 in bank due to carryover. Education costs: Company will reimburse 50% of costs for tuition and books, maximum of $750 per year. Cell phone: The employer will provide one cell phone and charger per aircraft. Signing bonus: $150 upon ratification.
