Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2014, to March 31, 2017.
Wage adjustments:
Effective April 1, 2015: 3.7%

Shift premium: 40 ¢ per hour for shifts between 6 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. $2 per hour for mechanic lead hand. $2 per hour for drivers performing training duties.
Paid holidays: 12 days. Time and one-half for work on a named holiday.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 7 years, 5 weeks after 12 years, 6 weeks after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of 8 in one day, double time for all hours worked in excess of 12 in one day. Double time for all overtime hours worked on a statutory holiday. Double time for all work on Christmas Day.
Pension: $1.10 per hour contributed by employer, $1.65 per hour for mechanics, effective upon ratification.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for the death of an immediate family member, including employee’s spouse, common-law spouse, same-sex partner, mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son, stepchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, stepparent, grandparent, grandchild, brother-in-law, sister-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 2 years.
Probationary period: 500 hours.
Safety shoes: $200 for 1 pair of boots for mechanics and maintenance personnel. Employer provides winter safety shoes for servicepersons every 3 years.
Uniforms/clothing: Permanent operators provided with new uniforms, casual operators provided with minimum 2 shirts and 1 tie. $25 monthly cleaning allowance. Drivers entitled to 2 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 long-sleeved shirts, 3 short-sleeved shirts, 1 summer jacket, 1 winter jacket. Coveralls and winter jackets provided for maintenance employees.

Community bus operator: $20.89 to start, rising to $22.80
Dispatcher: $17.92, rising to $22.02
Journeyman mechanic: $29.51, rising to $33.01
Non-journeyman mechanic: $24.37, rising to $27.49
Serviceman: $20.92, rising to $24.30
Serviceman’s helper: $19.35, rising to $22.49
Casual clerk: $16.75, rising to $17.56
Accounting clerk: $19.82 to start, rising after 3 years to $23.26
Office clerk: $17.47 to start, rising after 3 years to $20.92
Editor’s notes: Surveillance: Camera installation is a measure toward improving safety and will not be used by management for the purpose of finding misconduct or issuing discipline, referred to as "targeted surveillance." Travel: Interior bus operators required to be away from home terminal overnight to receive cost of lodging and $18 per meal for 3 meals per day.
