Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2015, to March 31, 2018. Signed on June 29, 2015.

Wage adjustments:

Effective April 1, 2016: 35¢

Effective April 1, 2017: 35¢

Shift premium: $1.25 per hour for employees required to act as servers on luncheon functions. $1.50 per hour for employees required to act as servers on dinner functions. 35¢ per hour for all hours worked during split shifts.

Paid holidays: 11 days.

Vacations with pay: 1 day per 25 days worked to a maximum of 10 days to start, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 11 years, 5 weeks after 21 years and 6 weeks after 30 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Time and one-half for all hours worked on an assigned day off duty.

Meal allowance: Employees required to work a double consecutive shift will be provided a hot meal.

Bereavement leave: 4 paid days for employee’s father, mother, spouse, child, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent or grandchild. 2 paid days and 2 unpaid days for employee’s daughter-in-law or son-in-law. 1 paid day and 2 unpaid days for employee’s brother-in-law or sister-in-law.

Probationary period: 320 hours worked.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.

Safety shoes: $100. $105 effective April 1, 2016. $110 effective April 1, 2017.

Uniforms/clothing: Uniforms will be supplied by the employer. Employees hired after 2008 must provide a $50 deposit to be refunded upon return of the employee’s uniform, lock and ID card in acceptable condition.
