Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2015, to March 31, 2021.

Wage adjustments:

Effective March 2019: 2%

Effective April 2020: 2.5%

Shift premium: 75¢ per hour for all hours worked on the night shift. 50¢ per hour for all hours worked on the afternoon shift. 50¢ per hour for all hours worked on forklift or freezer duty. $1 per hour for lead hands. $1 per hour for employees assigned to do work as a warewash disassemble. 75¢ per hour DA premium for all hours worked airside.

Paid holidays: 10 days and 2 floating holidays.

Vacations with pay: 4% of gross earnings to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 11 years, 5 weeks after 17 years and 6 weeks after 25 years.

Meal allowance: Employees are charged 70¢ per day for meals.

Medical benefits: $1,000 per year for paramedical services. $1,000 per year for physiotherapy and athletic therapy.

Dental: $25 per person annual deductable. $50 per family annual deductable.

Vision: $200 every 2 years.

Pension: Employer contributes 5% of pensionable earnings per month per full-time employee hired prior to Aug. 7, 2012, who has completed 2 years of employment. Employer contributes 1% of pensionable earnings per month per full-time employee hired after Aug. 7, 2012, who has completed 2 years of employment. Contributions end when employee reaches 65 years of age.

Bereavement leave: 3 days for employee’s father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchild or grandparent.

Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.

Probationary period: 75 days.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year.

Uniforms/clothing: Employer provides 1 winter jacket per year as required.

Tool allowance: $300 per year. $400 effective April 1, 2017.
