Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 17, 2013, to Sept. 17, 2017.
Shift premium: 5% premium for hours worked between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. 10% premium for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 4:45 a.m. 10% premium for hours worked between 4:45 a.m. and 7 a.m. where the shift begins before 6 a.m. $1 per hour for team leaders with an additional 50¢ per hour when an employee is assigned team leader duties for 4 or more consecutive hours.
Paid holidays: 9 days with additional days in the Christmas – New Year period, the number and dates in any year being dependent on the day of the week on which Christmas Day falls.
Vacations with pay: 88 hours after 1 year of seniority, 88 hours after 2 years of seniority, 140 hours after 3 years of seniority, 160 hours after 5 years of seniority, 180 hours after 10 years or seniority, 200 hours after 15 years of seniority and 240 hours after 20 years of seniority.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 8 hours per day Monday through Friday. Time and one-half for all hours worked on Saturday.Double time for all hours worked on Sunday.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for employee’s spouse, child, parent, brother or sister. 3 days for employee’s stepchild, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, spouse’s grandparent, half-brother, half-sister, stepparent, spouse’s stepparent, stepbrother or stepsister.
Seniority – recall rights: 3 years or a period of time equal to employee’s seniority, whichever is greater.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours at applicable overtime rate.
Probationary period: 60 days worked.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer provides personal protective devices, equipment and clothing as necessary.
Tool allowance: Employer supplies all necessary tools and equipment.

Production associate: $34.15 per hour
Production support group: $34.45
Production team leader: $35.15
Maintenance associate: $40.25
Maintenance team leader: $41.25
Shift operator 2nd class: $40.25
Shift operator 3rd class: $39.04
Editor’s notes: New team member orientation: Training will not exceed 16 hours. Pyramiding: Shift premiums, holiday pay and overtime rates will not be pyramided or duplicated. Summer shutdown: The employer is committed to scheduling a 2 week plant shut-down during the months of July and/or August. Minute of silence: 1 minute of silence will be observed each year on April 28, at 11 a.m. in memory of workers who have died in industrial accidents.
