Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 23, 2016, to Sept. 30, 2019. Signed on Nov. 18, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective second year: 2%
Effective third year: 2%
Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for all hours worked between 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Effective Oct. 1, 2018: $2 per hour. $3 per hour for all hours worked between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. $2 per hour for all hours worked between midnight Friday and midnight Sunday. Effective Oct. 1, 2018: $2.50 per hour for all hours worked between 3 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days or 4% after 1 year, 15 days or 6% after 3 years, 20 days or 8% after 8 years, 25 days or 10% after 13 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after regular hours. May be banked and taken as time off but must be redeemed within 24 weeks after it was worked.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25%.
Dental: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25%.
Sick leave: 1 day per month. May be accumulated, maximum 50 days.
LTD: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50%.
AD&D: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25%.
Life insurance: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25%.
Pension: Payroll-deducted, self-directed Registered Retirement Savings Plan. Employee must contribute between 1% and 3% biweekly, employer contributes 1%.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, child, parent, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, stepchildren, guardian, fiancé). 2 additional days if travel for funeral is greater than 300 kilometres away. 1 day for death of close friend or other relative.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 480 hours. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide shirts, hair coverings, aprons.
Mileage: $0.45 per kilometre.

Licenced practical nurse: $25 rising 3 steps to $26.01
Health care aide: $18.30 rising 3 steps to $19.04
Recreation aide (uncertified): $17.25 rising 3 steps to $17.95
Wellness/rec program coordinator: $18.31 rising 3 steps to $19.04
Cook: $19.24 rising 3 steps to $20.02
Dietary aide: $14.24 rising 3 steps to $14.82
Housekeeping aide: $15.31 rising 3 steps to $15.93
Receptionist/admin assistant: $19.60 rising 3 steps to $20.39
