Wage adjustments:
Effective 2015: 2.5%
Effective 2016: 3%

Shift premium: 75¢ per hour for lead hands
Paid holidays: 8 days and 2 floating holidays.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 1 year and 5 weeks after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 10 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums.
Sick leave: 16 hours earned for each 520 hours worked to a maximum of 1,040 hours.
AD&D: Employer pays 50% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 50% of premiums.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee’s parent, spouse, brother, stepbrother, sister, stepsister, child, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent or grandchild. 1 day for employee’s uncle, aunt, nephew or niece. 1 unpaid day to act as pallbearer, flower bearer or reader.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Probationary period: 520 hours.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 15 months.
Severance: 1 week’s pay per year of continuous service to a maximum of 12 weeks. Employees must have 36 months of continuous service to be eligible.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer provides uniforms as necessary.
