Renewal agreement: Effective June 11, 2014, to May 31, 2017. Signed on July 10, 2015.
Wage adjustments:
Effective upon ratification: $150 for full-time employees
Effective upon ratification: $75 for part-time employees
Effective June 1, 2014: 2%
Effective June 1, 2015: 2.75%
Effective June 1, 2016: 2.75%
Shift premium: $5 per hour when employees are required to make a limousine run.
Paid holidays: 10 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year of continuous service, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 8 years and 5 weeks after 15 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half.
Meal allowance: $10 when an employee is required to work more than 9 hours in a shift.
Medical benefits: Employer will contribute $214 per month for each full-time employee to the United Food and Commercial Workers Benefit Trust Fund. $220 effective June 1, 2016.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee’s child, spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, uncle, aunt, cousin, stepparent, stepsibling or person living in the employee’s home. Additional 5 unpaid days upon request.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 3 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer provides uniforms.
Sample rates of pay (current, after 2.75% increase):
Attendant: $12.35 per hour rising in 4 steps to $14.44
Maintenance: $12.35 rising in 4 steps to $14.44
Valet: $12.35 rising in 4 steps to $14.31
Flagger: $12.35 rising in 4 steps to $14.44
Loading dock: $12.35 rising in 4 steps to $14.34
Customer service rep: $12.35 rising in 4 steps to $14.77
