Renewal agreement: Effective July 26, 2015, to April 30, 2020. Signed on Sept. 11, 2015.

Wage adjustments:

Effective May 1, 2016: Consumer Price Index increase

Effective May 1, 2017: CPI increase

Effective May 1, 2018: CPI increase

Effective May 1, 2019: CPI increase

Shift premium: $1.20 per hour for shifts that start between 4 p.m., and 5 a.m.

Paid holidays: 12 days. Time and one-half for all hours worked on a named holiday.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of 8 per day or 40 per week.

Pension: 10% contribution effective upon ratification.

Bereavement leave: 3 days for the death of an immediate family member including employee’s mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, spouse, common-law partner, children, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and grandchildren.

Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at applicable rate or actual hours worked, whichever is greater.

Safety shoes: Up to $225 per year at 10¢ earned per hour worked.

Tool allowance: $1 per hour for journeyman mechanics and apprentice mechanics.

Welder: $41.65 per hour

Electrician: $41.65

Machinist: $41.65

Crane/boom truck operator: $41.65

Senior surveyor: $38.32

Excavator: $38.32

Front-end loader: $38.32

Service technician: $38.32

Tire technician II: $36.46

Motor scraper: $36.46

Highboy, tow-haul: $36.46

Fuel technician: $36.46

Warehouse technician I: $36.46

Intermediate surveyor: $36.46

Facilities technician: $36.46

Junior surveyor: $31.63

Dozer, scraper: $31.63
