Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 10, 2022 to Dec. 31, 2023. Signed on Feb. 15, 2022.

Shift premium: $1 per hour premium for all hours worked as steward.

Paid holidays: 9 days.

Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 6% after 5 years, 9% after 12 years. Employer will consider vacations at times requested by employees subject to business requirements.

Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 hours per day or 44 hours in 1 week, exclusive of daily overtime.

Meal allowance: Employer will provide meal for employees if employees are required to work beyond 12 hours in 1 day.

Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums (after probationary period ends).

Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, child, parent, guardian, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandchild, grandparent, any person who lives with employee as member of immediate family).

Probationary period: 90 calendar days.

Safety shoes: $190 reimbursement each year, after 6 months’ service.

Uniforms/clothing: Employer will make appropriate winter clothing, including winter jackets, coveralls, gloves, available to all outdoor employees.
