Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2014, to Dec. 31, 2016.
Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan. 1, 2014: 2%

Shift premium: $8 per hour for drivers who assist in training new employees. $1.50 per hour for lead hand. $1.75 per hour for shifts starting between noon and 5 a.m.
Paid holidays: 11 days. Double time for all hours worked on a named holiday.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 12 years, 5 weeks after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 4 hours of overtime, double time for all hours worked in excess of 12 per day. Time and one-half for first 10 hours of overtime on a Saturday, double time for all subsequent hours. Double time for all hours worked on a Sunday.
Meal allowance: $15 when an employee is required to work 12 hours or more.
Pension: Employer contributes $3.95 per hour worked into employee’s retirement plan, effective Jan. 1, 2012. $4.30 per hour effective Jan. 1, 2014. $4.65 per hour effective Jan. 1, 2015. $5 per hour effective Jan. 1, 2016.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for the death of an immediate family member. That includes employee’s spouse, mother, father, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandfather, grandmother, grandchildren, grandmother-in-law, grandfather-in-law, stepson and stepdaughter.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay if employee is able to start work, minimum 2 hours’ pay if there is no work available after employee is called in.
Probationary period: 3 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year. 2 years for employees with less than 5 years of service.
Safety shoes: $300 per year.
Uniforms/clothing: $250 per year for clothing allowance, inclusive of reflective striping. $150 every 2 years for prescription safety glasses.
Mileage: 54¢ per km.

Trailer drivers: $32.68 per hour
5-axle drivers: $32.43
4-axle drivers: $32.23
3-axle drivers: $32.08
Editor’s notes: Union advancement fund: 5¢ per hour deducted from employee’s pay to be remitted to the union’s industry advancement fund. Licence renewal: Up to $170 reimbursement for medical and or licence renewal.
